Life is For Living is a new publication of Age & Opportunity. With contributions from well-known people such as writer Edna O’Brien, international rugby player Tony Ward, journalist Olivia O’Leary, musician Christy Moore and artist Pauline Bewick.
Go for Life is the national programme for sport and physical activity for older people in Ireland. It is run by over 1,200 volunteers who we call PALs.
Creative Exchanges is a course for anyone leading creative activities with older people in care settings.
Bealtaine festival is on it's way! All through May Bealtaine offers opportunities for people aged 50+ to engage with arts and culture as audience, artist, critic or participant, with over 3,300 events (that's over one hundred events each day)!
